Shipping policy
Aspora recognizes the value of prompt, effective service and works hard to fulfil your orders on schedule. Our extensive network works to deliver your items quickly and securely, and it usually takes 7 to 10 days. However, if a customer chooses express delivery, we can deliver their things in 4-5 days.
Cash on Delivery is accepted for payment of your order (COD),
A minimum of 1 items must be ordered in order for your website order to be delivered. Any product may only be ordered in a maximum of 10 quantity per order.
All product MRPs are inclusive of all taxes. According to the law, the government levies taxes.
The cost of Express Delivery is provided by the aforementioned courier partner and is dependent on your location. You will be made aware of the cost of express delivery prior to placing your order.
Customers can modify their mailing address before the product is packed. Once the products have been packaged, changes to the mailing address cannot be made.
Cancellation policy
Up until the order is packaged and shipped, cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations after the order has been packed will not be accepted. The only options after the order has been shipped are return or exchange, which will be accepted after the customer receives the order. When a customer cancels multiple orders, their account is placed on our COD Blacklist.
