Returns & Exchanges
At Aspora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return/exchange process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Returns/exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from Aspora.in.
- A valid order ID and invoice copy are required.
- Items must be returned to us within 3 working days of return approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, stitched, or altered products.
- Sale/discounted items.
- Accessories and gift items.
- Items showing signs of wear or damage.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed once per order.
- Only size or defective product replacements are permitted.
Unboxing Video Required
To process claims for missing items, damaged products, or wrong items, an unboxing video is mandatory.
Please record the entire opening process clearly and share the video within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 87338 73095 with your order ID and concern.
- Send the unboxing video and product images if required.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions or pickup details.
- After receiving the item, we will inspect it and update you within 3–5 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
- For prepaid orders, refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account from the cancellation date.
Color & Description Disclaimer
- We strive to display colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography conditions, and screen settings.
- Product details such as weight, work details, and size may vary slightly. Customers should consider these minor differences when making a purchase.

Important Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.
- Return pickup is available only at the original delivery address.
- Return requests will be declined if products are received in unsatisfactory condition.
- Aspora is not responsible for items lost in transit without proof of dispatch.
