- All exchanged products must be returned in their original packaging, along with the original sales receipt, within 14 days of purchase. Exchange is not possible if you do not have your purchase receipt.
- Repairs of products damaged due to wear and tear will be considered at the discretion of management. Please keep in mind that the management reserves the right to assess the age and condition of returned goods before offering a repair or exchange within 6 months of purchase.
- Due to hygiene concerns, certain item categories are not returnable.
- At our discretion, we may exchange defective/faulty items for identical items of equal value upon request.
- Management retains the right to change this policy at any time and without previous notice.
- Items that were initially included in the campaign may be returned, but you will not receive the promotional discount. When you return an item that was part of a "buy two, get one free" promotion, for instance, your refund will be reduced to reflect the retail price per item for the items you decide to keep after the return.
- Credit/Debit Card Payment: Take note that it may take your bank or card issuer 2–15 extra working days to complete the transaction.
- Voucher Payment: No refunds or partial or full exchanges of vouchers for cash, gift cards, or other items are permitted; only product exchange is permitted.
- Corporate gift cards cannot be returned and cannot be partially or fully exchanged for cash, gift cards, or vouchers; only product exchange is permitted.
- Every Club In the event of a return, apparel points accrued during the purchase will be cancelled.
- Goods purchased at exhibits and sale events and outside of stores will not be returned or exchanged.
- Within 30 days of the purchase date, unwashed, unworn, or defective goods may be returned for a full refund. The original sales receipt and tags must be included with every item being returned.
- Due to hygiene concerns, cosmetics, accessories, and undergarments that have had their seals broken cannot be exchanged or returned.
